CREAMY ICE COFFEE (LARGE)
- 6 grams instant coffee granules, ( my preferred taste, is maccona)
- 25 grams raw sugar
- 200 grams full cream milk, (or milk of choice)
- 100 grams evaporated milk, (frozen into cubes.)
- 300 grams ice cubes
- Vanilla extract to taste

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients into TM bowl, and blend 1 minute, speed 7. OR, 2 minutes, if you prefer it more liquidy. ( I like mine on the thick side, so I use use a spoon.)
HAVE SOME “FROZEN EVAPORATED MILK” ( IN CUBES) IN THE FREEZER, READY TO MAKE A CREAMY ICE COFFEE.

Delicious, hit the spot on a hot summers day!! I didn't put any sugar in as I used the the Coffee sryup from RC and it was sweet enough for my taste. This recipe is a keeper Thank You for sharing ☺️
