  • 130 grams gin
  • 230 grams fresh cucumber juice, I juiced some cucumbers in my juicer
  • 35 grams lime juice
  • 70 grams Sugar Syrup

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl and set to Counter-clockwise operation at Speed 2 for 1 minute. Using a cocktail strainer, strain the liquid into 2 cocktail glasses and enjoy!

    Sounds delicious!  Could you give your ratios for your sugar syrup please.  Then the first hot day of summer we get I will make this to celelbrate.  Looks so refreshing.  Thanks for listing.
