Diana Khamu’s French Hot Chocolate

Diana Khamu’s French Hot Chocolate

  • 600 g full cream milk
  • 200 g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa), Broken into pieces
  • 2 level tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoons milk powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon cornflour, gluten free

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pour 600g of milk, 200g dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons raw sugar, 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 heaped tablespoon milk powder and 1 heaped teaspoon of cornflour into the TM bowl and select the Thicken mode, set to 100 degrees.

    Pour into 4 mugs and allow to cool for a few minutes before drinking.

For a thicker hot chocolate, use two teaspoons of cornflour instead of one.
