- 600 g full cream milk
- 200 g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa), Broken into pieces
- 2 level tbsp raw sugar
- 1 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 heaped tablespoons milk powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon cornflour, gluten free

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pour 600g of milk, 200g dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons raw sugar, 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 heaped tablespoon milk powder and 1 heaped teaspoon of cornflour into the TM bowl and select the Thicken mode, set to 100 degrees.
Pour into 4 mugs and allow to cool for a few minutes before drinking.

Tip
For a thicker hot chocolate, use two teaspoons of cornflour instead of one.
