My 2nd attempt (on a separate evening!) was great as I adapted it to my liking.
I always stick to the recipe for my first attempts & go from there.
I didn't need to add sugar, & added a little brandy instead of frangelico, as there was some
here.
A great start to a night out with friends before heading out, sipped slowly, &/or for a special occasion. Indulge!

So strong! I forgot to freeze the espresson so just winged it with ice & cold espresso! I had to add milk so it became more of an alcoholic iced coffee - tastes bloody great though!!

4 batches worth were drunk
4 batches worth were drunk over the weekend at our housewarming party. I added in a handful of ice in step 3 also, as it was a 38 degree day!! The added chill made this a perfectly refreshing drink!! Thumbs up from the guests!
Absolute hit! Didnt know what
Absolute hit! Didnt know what to expect but it turned out beautifully. A hit even with one of the male guests who didnt think he'd like it. Agree with some others though that possibly a little less sugar next time. Didnt use grand marnier. Froth was good no need to add egg white that I could tell.

No need to go out, I can get my favourite cocktail at home. This is delicious!!! I've made a few times now that I know the recipe off by heart. I add the egg white and the froth is perfect.

Nom nom nom. Wasn't prepared enough though to freeze the espresso so instead just waited for it to cool a little then blitzed the sugar, added all ingredients to the bowl, then added the basket with a handful of ice and blended about 30s at speed 6 or so and it still worked a treat!
