Fi's Whiskey Cream Liqueur

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate Melts
  • 225 g pouring (whipping) cream
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 340 g whiskey, Glen Grant
  • 1.5 tablespoon coffee, espresso, Bushells coffee essence
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place chocolate in mixing bowl, grate for 10 seconds/speed 9, scrape down sides.
  2. Melt chocolate 5 min/50 degrees/speed 3, scrape sides.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix 5 min/50 degrees/speed 3.
  4. Add all other ingredients and blend 10 secs/speed 7.
  5. Place in an airtight container/bottles and refrigerate.

Tip

This is a thicker liqueur, I would suggest using more cream or less chocolate if you don't want it so thick.
