Tip

If you prefer you can make this latte dairy free by using almond or soy milk. My favourite for texture and taste is half cow's milk and half almond milk.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into cups or mugs before serving, if you prefer.

Just wondering....would it have the same health benefits if made with powdered ginger and powdered tumeric?

Delicious! I left out the coconut oil as I didn't have any, and used honey instead of maple syrup. Tasted amazing, will definitely make again.

This is absolutely amazing!!! I used half coconut milk / half lac free milk and made it with coconut syrup instead of maple syprup (only because I didn't have any!). Highly recommend this recipe.
