- 2 frozen banans, (chopped)
- 1/4 Cup hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 cup hazelnut milk, (home made)
- 4 medjool dates, (pitted)
- 1/2 Cup hazelnuts
- 2 & 1/2 cups filtered water

SMOOTHIE BOWL:Place all the ingredients for the smoothie into the bowl for 45 seconds, gradually increase speed to 8.
Pour into bowl and add toppings of choice.
1/2 apricot sliced
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs goji berries
dark organic chocolate shredded
pepitas, sunflower seeds
What to do:
Add hazelnuts and filtered water to the bowl and blend for 30 to 45 seconds until creamy like milk. (Alternatively use your nutri bullet).
Pour milk into a nut milk bag and strain the pulp. The hazelnut meal can be used in cooking, such as adding to mince dishes, or used as a raw base for your deserts.
