- 200 gram Instant coffee powder
- 250 gram Boiling water

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add all ingredients to bow and leave to infuse for 10 minutes
Cook 10 mins/temp 90/speed 3
Pour into sterlised bottle.
To make ice coffee Measure 30 ml of syrup into bowl, add 200 ml milk of choice, and a good handful of ice, blend speed 7 - 8 for 30 seconds.
This will keep a long time in the fridge and you can add to bottle of milk which will keep for a few days. Makes it easy when needing your morning fix before leaving for work.
I started out by using Moccona but tried International Roast as it was much cheaper. They liked it just as much.
