      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Sugar/Sweetner, coffee & Water into bowl. Place on lid & leave for 5 mins
  2. Cook speed1.5/10mins/100 deg
  3. Once cooked, pour ingredients into bottle and leave to cool down. Then place in fridge and use as required
  4. To make your iced coffee, fill cup 3/4 with ice. Pour 30ml of syrup in and top up with milk of choice.
