- 150 g coconut water, unsweetened, chilled
- 50 g macadamia nuts
- 50 g coconut milk, tinned or carton
- 50-70 g frozen raspberries, adjust to taste
- 1-2 piece date, Medjool, seed removed (adjust for desired sweetness)
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 150 g ice cubes
- chocolate sauce, for garnish
- dessicated coconut, for garnish
- Put chocolate sauce & desiccated coconut on 2 separate saucers.Dip each glass rim in the chocolate sauce then into the coconut. Set aside
- Weigh all ingredients into mixing bowl & blend 1 minute/Speed 10
