Jammy Lamington Smoothie

Jammy Lamington Smoothie

  • 150 g coconut water, unsweetened, chilled
  • 50 g macadamia nuts
  • 50 g coconut milk, tinned or carton
  • 50-70 g frozen raspberries, adjust to taste
  • 1-2 piece date, Medjool, seed removed (adjust for desired sweetness)
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 150 g ice cubes


  • chocolate sauce, for garnish
  • dessicated coconut, for garnish

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare glass before making smoothie
  1. Put chocolate sauce & desiccated coconut on 2 separate saucers.Dip each glass rim in the chocolate sauce then into the coconut. Set aside
  2. Smoothie
  3. Weigh all ingredients into mixing bowl & blend 1 minute/Speed 10
