For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Add Vodka, Pineapple Juice and Chambord to bowl with the ice.
- Mix 6 seconds speed 6
- Fill three quarters of the martini glass and top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish and serve.

Tip
Pre crush ice for each martini glass before adding cocktail.
Recipe can be increased to suit.
For a sunrise effect, omit the Chambord during the mix and add as the last step into each glass individually.
