- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon linseeds
- 1 tablespoon psyllium Husk
- 8 almonds
- 120g greek youghurt
- 200g milk
- 150g ice
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Recipe's preparation
place all seeds in bowl and blend speed 9 for 1 minute, add all the other ingredients and blend speed 8 for 40 seconds, then enjoy.
