- 90 grams coffee, espresso, I use Lavazza Crema & Gusto
- 200 grams pure cream
- 100 grams water, purified if possible
- 150 grams ice cube
- 1/4-1 teaspoons Erythritol, or sweetener of your own choice

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
I made the coffee in an Italian stove top coffee maker and I have also used a nespresso maker to make the coffee for this recipe. Both turned out fine but the Italian coffee maker produces stronger coffee.
