Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel lemons and place peel into bowl.


    Juice lemons and place juice into bowl.


    Add sugar, water and tartaric acid


    Cook for 11 mins, 90 deg, Counter-clockwise operation, Speed 2, MC on


    Once finished cooking, let sit for 15 minutes before straining into clean bottle.


    Dilute with water as you would with shop bought concentrate cordial.
