Lemon Meringue Pie Cocktail

  • 50 g sugar or sweetener
  • 120 g gin
  • 200 g lemonade (homemade)
  • 200 g ice cubes
  • 80 g limoncello (liqueur)
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Lemon curd

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly whisk. Place egg whites and 50g of sweetener into the mixing bowl and whisk 4 mins/37°C/speed 4 Remove butterfly whisk.
  2. Add gin, homemade lemonade, limoncello, ice, lemon curd and blend 10-20 sec/speed 7 Divide between cocktail glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon peel if you wish
