Recipe's preparation
- Insert butterfly whisk. Place egg whitesand 20 g of the sugar into mixing bowl and whisk 4 min/37°C/speed 4. Remove butterfly whisk.
- Add Lychee liqueur, lime juice, Cranberry juice and ice cubes and blend 20 sec/speed 5, until smooth. Divide mixture between cocktail glasses and serve immediately, garnished with Lychees.
