1 sprigs handful mint leaves, spearmint from asian market
2 limes, zest and juice
1 tin lychees in natural juice, or syrup for very sweet
400 g ice cubes
1.2 litres cold water

Recipe's preparation

Cordial

place lime zest and mint leaves into bowl and chop sp 8/ 10 sec until fine.

Add contents of lychees tin, juice and fruit, puree sp7/ 6 secs

Add all ice and water (1-1.2 kg) please observe max levels and adjust accordingly

blend sp 9/1 min until desired slushie consistency

Add a splash of your favourite liquer, any white spirit like bacardi or vodka or frangelico works well for an adult version
