  • 2 small bananas or 1 large
  • 1 large mango
  • 200 g Lite milk, or equivalent
  • 80 g low-fat natural or vanilla yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Measure in milk and yoghurt, add bananas and as much flesh of your mango as possible and blend for 8-10 sec on speed 8.

    Enjoy!
