Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 1 litre of cashew milk
  2. Add 4 level tablespoons of MCT Oil
  3. Add 100grams of strawberries
  4. Add 200gms of vanilla whey protein powder
  5. Blend all ingredients at speed 10 for 20 seconds
