- 2 tablespoons fresh peppermint leaves
- 4 centimetre fresh ginger
- 1 litre sparkling water

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Peel ginger and place in jug wither the peppermint leaves. Chop on speed 8. Scrape down sides.
Pour in 300ml of sparkling water into the jug and blitz for 4 sec/speed 5.
Use the basket to strain the pulp. Add the remaining sparkling water to the concentrate gently to avoid losing the fizz
You can freeze the pulp for other uses.
