Mixed fruit smoothie

  • 1 Medium Green apple, unpeeled & halved
  • 1 medium pear, unpeeled & halved
  • 2 small oranges, peeled & halved
  • 300 grams watermelon, cut into 8 to 10 pieces
  • 3 strawberries, unhulled
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 3 or 4 mint leaves, optional

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowlClosed lid MC on

    Blend 20 secs/speed 9-10

    Scrape down bowl and check the consistency. If you would like a smoother consistency, blend for another 10 - 20 secs/speed 9-10.

    Serve in two large glasses.




Accessories you need



Add water if you find the consistency too thick. 

Add sprigs of mint to serve.

Recipe makes 1 litre - two large drinks.
