Mocha cubes

  • 4 heaped tablespoons instant coffee
  • 4 heaped tablespoon Drinking chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons Boiling water

Frappe

  • 250 grams Milk of choice, (I used chocolate milk)
  • 250 grams ice cubes
  • 1 heaped teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Drinking chocolate, (Powder or syrup)3

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Mocha cubes (if using)
  1. Combine ingredients into a cup and stir until dissolves. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours

    Otherwise, add an extra heaped tsp of both coffee and chocolate powder, and three extra ice cubes, in the bowl at the next step.
  2. Frappe
  3. Add the ingredients to your bowl and blend on sp 10 for 30 seconds.

    Add butterfly and whip on sp5 for 15 seconds.

    Pour and enjoy!
