Recipe's preparation
- In a clean bowl, add roughly torn mint leaves, lime juice, syrup, rum and ice cubes and ‘muddle’ for 20 secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4.
Divide between 2 tall glasses, top with soda water and enjoy!

Tip
It took me a few goes to realise not all drinks need to blitzed at Speed 9 to create slushies. If you do that to this recipe…you will have a Bacardi flavoured green smoothie.
Less is more when it comes to blade speed with this recipe.
