  • 150 g raw sugar
  • 100 g Lindt 70% Chocolate
  • 150 g full cream milk powder
  • 20 g cocoa powder

Recipe's preparation

    Dark Chocolate Mix

  1. 1) Mill raw sugar and chocolate, speed 9 for 20 seconds

    2) Add milk powder and cocoa and blend speed 5 for 10 seconds

    2. Dark hot chocolate drink

  2. For a rich and creamy hot chocolate

    Combine 40g of dark chocolate mix with 200g of full cream milk, heat for 5 minutes, 80oC, speed 3

    Alternatively

    Combine 40g of dark chocolate mix with 200g water, heat for 5 minutes, 80oc, speed 3

    Absolutely delicious
    this will be my new bed time drink 😊 The only change I made was to cut the sugar down to 80gms and even then I think I can half that without a problem. THank you this recipe is without a doubt a keeper 👍🏼
