If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add nutella and honey 5 mins 90C spd 2 MC on
Add cream 4 mins 90C spd 3 MC on
Add coconut milk:
For a cold drink, prefreeze the coconut milk, then blitz 1 min spd 10 MC on
For a hot drink, heat 5 mins 80C spd 1 MC on
Serve immediately.
to make you own coconut milk (recipe from Thermofun):
Add 40g coconut and 400ml water to your bowl. Blitz 1 min spd 10 MC on. Scrape down and repeat. Strain using a chux or nutbag before use.
Leftover coconut pulp can be used in recipes requiring coconut.
