Orange, Beetroot and Carrot juice- with a kick of ginger!


  • 6 Navel Oranges, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 small beetroot, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 Medium Carrot, cut into 3cm chunks
  • 1x 2 cm cubed of fresh ginger
  • 200 grams ice cube
  • 300 grams filtered water

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1.
  1. Weigh all ingredients into thermomix jug, blend at speed 9 for 2 minutes.

    Strain if desired, serve immediately.

Consider using organic ingredients to avoid pesticides where possible.
If using regular fruit and vege, use apple cider vinegar to wash prior to juicing, this also helps to remove pesticides from the skin of your fruits and vegetables.
