Recipe's preparation
- Place 200g caster sugar, 30g Brown Sugar and zest peel into mixing bowl and mill 10 secs/speed 9
- Place 250 g water, and cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Transfer into a jar and place into refrigerator to cool completely (approx. 15 min) before using.
- Place Ice, Vodka, crème de cacao, orange syrup and orange juice into mixing bowl and mix 20sec/speed 6.

Tip
Leftover syrup can be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar.
Decorate the glasses with water and dip into grated chocolate.
