- 400 grams water
- 60 grams pitted dates
- 7 grams cacao powder, raw
- 1 gram ground cinnamon

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add raw almonds or cashews to the mixing bowl.
2. Mill 10 secs, sp 10.
3. Add water. Combine 10 secs, sp 10.
4. Add the remaining ingredients.
5. Blend 1 minute, sp 9.
6. Warm 2 minutes, 80 degree, sp 3.
7. Blend 20 sec, sp 8.
8. Serve in one large mug or share between two smaller cups.
