      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Prep
  1. peel and slice fresh ginger. Add to bowl.  Squeeze half a lemon into a storage container, as you only need to add 1 tsp to the bowl. Blend ginger for 4 seconds on level 9.

    Peel, halve and core the pears and add pears to bowl. Then add other ingredients. Set speed to level 9 and time to 20 seconds. 

    Pour into 2 tumblers and add a half pinch of cinnamon on top of each for decoration.
