- 1/4 Cup sugar syrup, 100gms milled raw sugar-100gms water (6minutes/100degrees/speed3)
- 12 cubes ice, truffle size
- 6 Plums in juice, pitted
- 100 grams white rum
- 50 grams gin
- 25 grams lime juice
- 1/2 level tsp cinnamon
