- 1 frozen banana
- to taste frozen Raspberries, Handfull
- 250 g Milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds.
- 1 teaspoon Rice malt syrup, Optional

Break banana into chunks and add all ingredients to bowl.
Blend for 10-15 seconds untill desired consistency is reached.
