Single Serve Iced Coffee

Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 15-25 grams raw sugar, depending on whether you like it sweet or not
  • 1 tsp granulated coffee, level
  • 100 grams full cream milk
  • 100 grams ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add sugar and coffee to clean dry bowl.  Mill 20 seconds/speed 9.

    Add milk and ice to coffee mixture.  Blend 30 seconds/speed 10.

    Pour into a glass and drink up!

    i love iced coffees- especially when I’m out and about but never quite sure what ingredients they use (which I thought would be what was in this but not always!)

    When you don't feel like eating breakfast this came as a great substitute. I used 15gms of sugar and tasted great, and just the right amount. Think hubby might like it as well, oh dear,meh wasn't home to try it. Lol. Will be on the to make list again for sure. Thanks for sharing. I used skim milk and still worked a treat.

    This was super easy and tasty too. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so this was a perfect blend of sugar/coffee. Daughter likes a coffee hit so would probably add more coffee in next time for her.

    Great recipe!!

    Needed a hit, so I tripled everything (but no ice, as I didn't have any on hand in the freezer) and only used the lower end of the sugar suggestion (3 x 15g).

    Awesome cold coffee.
    Even at the lower end it was a tad too sweet, next time I will go with 3 x 10g and see how that goes
