Place cinnamon quills, whole nutmeg pods and raw sugar into bowl.
Put on M/C and Mill for 1 min / spd 10 or until a fine powder is formed.
Add cocoa powder and milk powder and combine 15 sec / speed 5
Keep in an airtight jar or gift with a tag with instuctions.

We didn't enjoy this...perhaps our nutmegs were extra large? but the flavour was so overpowering we threw it out. Sounded like a good idea though.
