All Ingredients

  • 270 g coconut milk
  • 230 g coconut water
  • 90 g Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
  • 20 g Macadamia Nuts or Sunflower Seeds
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 20 g fresh lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl.

  2. Place measuring cup into mixing bowl lid

  3. Blend 2 mins / Speed 10 or until smooth

Tip

Works well with most nuts so can substitute if you prefer or have other nuts available. To make it nut free use sunflower seeds.

    Very healthy ingredients! And if one thinks it is too sour, add moderate amount of sugar will be great.
