Super Fruit Slushie

  • 550 grams frozen mixed fruit and vegetables, (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 650 grams coconut water

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add all the ingredients. Place spatula in the MC hole and blend 1 minute/Speed 10 constantly stirring with the spatula.


    *I pre-prepare and freeze ziplock bags of mixed fruit/veg and chia seeds so that it is all ready to go. You can use any type of fruit/veg. The mixed fruit and vegetables that I use include:

    • Red Apple
    • Green Apple
    • Orange
    • Pineapple
    • Rockmelon
    • Watermelon
    • Strawberries
    • Celery
    • Fresh Beetroot
    • Carrot
    • Kale Leaves
    • Spinach Leaves
