  • 2 Kiwi Fruit, (skin off)
  • 1 lime, (skin off)
  • 1 banana, (peeled)
  • 1 orange, (skin off)

  • 1 tbsp Spirulina Powder

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 1/2 cupof the water into the mixing bowl along with all fruit and vegetables. Mix for 30 seconds speed 10.

    Add the water, flax seed oil, spirulina and chia seeds and mix for 10 seconds on speed 8.

    Refridgerate until cold or add ice with the water then enjoy!

Tip

This recipe makes 2 meal sized smoothies or 4 smaller sizes ones. I prepare all the fruit and freeze in freezer bags then take out 15 minutes before blending
