- 90 g vodka

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place mango, lime juice, vodka and maple syrup into mixing bowl. Blend 30secs/sp3.
2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. This is the time to taste and add more syrup if you prefer it to be sweeter.
3. Pour in sparkling wine. Wait until wine settles and bubbles disappear.
4. Mix for 30 secs/sp2.
5. Pour into glasses and serve with a slice of Lime or Pineapple.

Tip
~Can substitute sparkling wine for sparkling water or lemonade to lower alcohol content.
~If using frozen mango, wait until it is partially defrosted. If it is still frozen you will need to add more liquid to the first step and use your spatula to aid mixing.
~You can substitute the frozen mango for other fruits, eg. Strawberries, Pineapple etc
~You can substitute maple syrup for raw sugar for a similar result.
~Ensure you wait until the wine settles to ensure that the bowl doesn't overflow during mixing.
~If you like a little heat in your cocktails you can add 1 tsp of chilli to step 1.
