      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Coffee
  1. Grind 20g coffee bean 20 seconds/speed 8
    Pour 250g water into TM bowl.
    Heat coffee at 90C/Sp2 (no need to set timing)
    Once the temperate reaches 90C stop TM
    Steep 5mins, lid on then strain
    Rinse TM bowl and place in 200g fresh milk
    Heat 4 minutes/90C /Sp2
    Blend 20seconds/ no temperature/ speed 8
    Pour into the hot coffee(Add sugar if you like)
