Ingredients

Frappe

  • 350-400 grams watermelon flesh
  • 6 leaves fresh mint
  • 1/2 can preserved pinapple (in natural juice)
  • 1/2 --- juiced lime

Recipe's preparation

  1. Make sure all ingredients have been in the fridge so it will not be necessary to water down with ice. 

     

    Add all ingredients to thermomix 15 sec / speed 10


    Garnish glass with a slice on fresh lime.

    used 6 mint leaves for a hint of mint taste and 400 g f watermelon.

    Delicious! I didn't have pineapple juice, so just replaced with 200g of ice.
