  • 100 grams Block Parmesan Cheese
  • 30 grams Brown Onion, (Half an onion)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 40 grams Nuttlex, (or other dairy butter substitute)
  • 15 grams Plain Flour, (or rice flour)
  • 440 grams Soy Milky Lite, (or other dairy milk substitute)
  • 255 grams Dried Risoni
  • 450 grams Liquid Chicken Stock, (Massels Chicken Stock is Vegan)
  • 240 grams Frozen Peas
  • 140 grams Salmon, (omit if Vegan or Vegetarian)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place parmesan cheese into bowl and Closed lid. Mix for 3 secs, sp 10. Empty contents, clean and dry the bowl.
  2. Put onion and garlic into bowl and Closed lid. Mix for 3 secs, sp 5. Scrape down the sides.
  3. Add nuttlex and saute for 3.20 mins, 100 deg, sp 1.
  4. Add whisk. Remember to place whisk to the left of the highest blade.
  5. Add the flour. Mix for 30 secs, 100 deg, sp 1. Scrape down sides.
  6. Put in half of the soy milk (220g). 2 mins, 100 deg, sp 1. Place in the rest of the milk and mix for 2 mins, 100 deg, sp 1.
  7. Place Risoni, Chicken Stock and Peas into bowl and cook for 10 mins, 100 deg, sp 1.5.
  8. Stir through Salmon and Parmesan Cheese. 1 min, sp 1. Serve immediately.
