- 350 grams Cooked potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 56 grams Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemons, Zested
- 1 tablespoons Onion Flakes
- 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, To taste

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place fish and potato into bowl and mix 5 seconds/speed 5 to combine. Scrape down bowl.
2. Add milk Parmesan Cheese, garlic, lemon rind, onion flakes, mustard, egg, salt and pepper, mix 6 seconds/speed 5 on REVERSE.
3. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix a further 5 seconds/speed 4 on REVERSE.
4. Use a large spoon to scoop up mixture and shape into a ball, place into breadcrumbs and gently roll to coat.
5. Place on plate and repeat until all the mixture is used.
6. Place the plate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
7. Heat oil in frypan over medium heat. Cook fo 3 minutes before flipping over and cooker for a further 2 minutes.
