Add a commentI enjoyed this soup, easy to
I enjoyed this soup, easy to make. The recipe could be clearer- What is a 'steam basket' I took this to be the rice basket. When do I add the wine and the vegetables? 3 potatoes is not even close to 750g!
Just needed a lot of seasoning for my taste too. I used coconut cream for health. I would add more garlic and maybe some chilli next time.
I made this yummy chowder
I made this yummy chowder last night, and it was delicious. Seafood in a creamy, veggie sauce - you can't go wrong. (There was no mention of when to add the wine, so I assume you add it when you put the water in.) I also added saffron, as suggested in the Tip. And rather than cream, I used plain yogurt, which worked a treat. All up - a very yummy dinner.
