- 1000 grams floury potatoes, cut into 3mm slices
- 1 red onion cut in half
- few handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Skinless salmon fillets, roughly chopped
- 200 grams double cream
- 50 grams Gruyere cheese
- butter for greasing

Preheat the oven to 180C, butter a 1.2L ovenproof dish
Place gruyere cheese into mixing bowl and grate
10 sec/speed 7. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
Clean and dry mixing bowl.
Place red onion into mixing bowl and chop
5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add olive oil, insert simmering basket and add a few handfuls of baby spinach, saute 3 min/120C/speed 1
Using the ovenproof dish, layer up the potatoes and onion with the salmon and the spinach, ending with a layer of potato
Pour the cream over the top
Sprinkle with the reserved gruyere cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and bubbling
