Absolutely delicious - only used 500g of white fish and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and this made 12 decent size fish cakes. So quick and easy. Thanks for a great recipe Smile

Great tasty recipe. I mix 2 types of white fish with shrimp, to make 1kg of meat. Instead of green beans I used broccoli. Refrigerate half the batch and freeze the other half. Great for meal prepping if your on a diet program. I make 100 gram cakes which is my protein allowance per meal.

Nice recipe. I added garlic and ginger. Agree you could wind down fish sauce to taste.

i used green paste as that's what I had, still very good.

Really yummy, maybe a little bit salty so will probably use less fish sauce next time but will definitely make again tmrc_emoticons.)

Recipe mix was too soft to roll into the cakes.  Added some psyllium husk but was still quite wet.
