  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 250g red potato peeled
  • 150g cheese grated, i used tasty/parmesan combo
  • 1tbs olive oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    bake
  1. add onion/garlic/capsicum chop 2-3 secs speed 5 roughly chopped not to fine add oil cook 5mins/120/rev/speed 2

     

    add tomatos and season and cook for further 10mins/100/rev/speed 1 1/2 add tuna stir through with spatula then pour into casserole dish

     

    grate cheese set aside then chop potato speed4/2-3 secs till roughly chopped not to fine tip cheese in and mix through on rev for few seconds speed4

    spread over tuna and bake in 200 oven for 30-40mins i covered casserole for 30mins then i popped under grill to brown

    Better than I expected, I doubled my ingredients so I could freeze the second meal.
    My boys 5 & 3 years old liked this, but I think they prefer the pasta based tuna bakes.
