If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Add florettes of cauliflower to bowl and blitz until rice consistency. Might need to use spatula instead of measuring cup to rotate the cauliflower.

  3. Add water to 2L line. 10 mins/100 degrees/speed 3

  4. Strain well. I use a cheese cloth or clean chux to squeeze out any excess moisture. Be careful not to burn yourself.

  5. Add egg to bowl. 10 seconds/speed 5

  6. Add remaining ingredients including cauliflower. 30 Seconds/speed 5 or until well combined

  7. Line a baking tray with baking paper and press down in desired shape until 1cm thick.

  8. Bake for 30-45 minutes until brown and easy to loft off the paper.

  9. Top with fav toppings and bake until cheese is melted.

Tip

You can bake in advance and refrigerate or freeze until use.

The recipe is very forgiving with varying amounts. One whole cauliflower of any size or 3/4- whatever you have. Goats cheese is about 100g, but again whatever you have.
