- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 250 g chicken stock
- 20 --- green beans, trimmed chose your own number
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- fresh basil leaves, to serve

- 1. ADD ONION AND GARLIC TO MIXING BOWL CHOP 5 SECS/SPEED 5, SCRAPE DOWN SIDES
2. ADD OLIVE OIL. SAUTE 3 MINS/VAROMA/SPEED 1
3. ADD TOMATO PASTE. COOK 2 MINS/VAROMA/SPEED1
4. ADD CHERRY TOMATOES, ZUCCHINI, STOCK, BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT & PEPPER
5. SEASON CHICKEN WITH SALT & PEPPER AND PLACE IN VAROMA TRAY. PLACE ON MIXING BOWL.
6. COOK 18 MINS/VAROMA/SPEED 1
7. ADD GREEN BEANS TO VAROMA TRAY. COOK 5 TO 7 MINS/ 100/ SPEED 1 UNTIL CHICKEN IS COOKED
8. REMOVE VAROMA AND KEEP WARM. SIMMER SAUCE 5 MINS/100/SPPED 1. MC OFF
9. SERVE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES WITH SAUCE AND FRESH BASIL
