Tip

If your cheese is still in block form, pre-grate prior to starting. Nothing worse than realising half way through a recipe that you haven't got your cheese grated yet!!!

Definitely yummy, however the crumbs dont stay on properly so it does end up a bit messy.

These were amazing. I add variety to the breadcrumb mixture also - so lots of different flavour options available - eg. fajita, mexican, medditerian, lemon pepper... This is a regular meal in my household. Also freeze left over crumbs for future serves. tmrc_emoticons.)

These were a winner in my house! I ended up putting some more bread crumbs in there but I think panko crumgs would help with the crunchyness too! Delicious! Thanks.

Really yummy, maybe just a little too much garlic for our tastes. Pleasantly surprised at how crispy they turned out just baking (rather than frying)

  • Followed this recipe but kept

Submitted by Courtney Alissa on 19. March 2015 - 13:41.

Followed this recipe but kept the chicken breasts whole (but flattened) like chicken schitzels. I also fried instead of baked. Was very crispy & yum.
