  • 50 gram Coconut cream Powder
  • 2.5 cm Fresh Turmeric, prefered
  • 1 tomatoes, ripe
  • 4 cm ginger fresh
  • 4-6 clove shallots
  • 20 gram tamarin Juice, soak tamarin pulp in hot water
  • 2 heaped tablespoons tm 31 vege stock
  • 40 gram vegetable oil
  • salt & peper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Creamy Turmeric chicken paste
  1. No counter-clockwise operation

    paste Turmeric ginger, tomatoes, garlic on speed 7 for 5 second

  2. Gentle stir setting Saute paste with oil for 5 minute,on 90 degree.

  3. Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    add chicken, coconut crem, tamarin juice cook for 15 minute

     

  4. Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    add coconut cream powder cook for further 5 minute
