Easy Cheese & Bacon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 grams bacon, diced
  • 2 --- Spring onions sliced
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 150 grams Tasty cheese
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 150 grams cream
  • 100 grams Milk
  • 50 grams flour of choice, rice, plain wheat, spelt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place parmesan and tasty cheeses in bowl - grate speed 8 for 5-10 seconds  Set aside.

  2.  

    2.Add bacon, spring onions and butter to bowl and cook for 5 minutes - 100 degrees - speed 2.

     

    3. Add all other ingredients in bowl. Ensure the cream cheese is broken in to small pieces.

     

    4. Cook fo 7 minutes - 90 degrees - speed 3 Counter-clockwise operation

     

    4. Pour over cooked pasta, cooked or raw vegetables, or cooked chicken and serve.

     

    This makes a lot of sauce - about 800-900g.

    Other cheeses such as fetta or blue cheese can be substituted, or added in. You can also use more milk and less cream but will need to add extra flour.
